Our History
TUSCOM Technology Solutions began in 1989 as Tuscaloosa Computer Systems, Inc. when local entrepreneurs Rusty Quarles and James Taylor recognized then-22-year-old Jay Biggs’ technical proficiency and invested in his business plan. Since those early days, we’ve retained our entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of community while serving our clients with integrity.
